Kapital was founded in 1985 in Kojima, Kurashiki, initially establishing its reputation as an artisanal denim factory before evolving into a full-scale design label. The brand's design philosophy synthesizes traditional Japanese construction methodologies with global heritage garments and Americana aesthetics.

This jacket features a traditional kung fu uniform silhouette integrated with heritage workwear detailing. Constructed from a vertical railroad stripe cotton fabrication, it is engineered with a mandarin collar and a functional fabric-loop frog button closure system. Approximate date of release: 2020.
