Public Tokyo Shiota Belted 12.5oz Denim Pants

Public Tokyo’s focus is to create high-end, quality everyday casual wear. They recently worked with Shiota, which is the leading factory in the Okayama prefecture. Okayama is where Japan’s highest quality denim products are manufactured.

Crafted with 12.5oz American cotton denim, it uses sulfur black dye for beautiful aging and fading, primarily dyed in Kaihara, the region in Japan where they pioneering rope dyeing in the 70s. The denim was made from an old-school, low-speed loom, creating a dense, sturdier denim. It features double pockets on the side with two at the back, it also has the denim belt as part of the pants
